As part of a larger focus on government response to disasters in African American communities beyond the Katrina catastrophe, the EJRC teamed with the DSCEJ to work on a major policy report highlighting eight decades of differential government response to emergencies affecting African Americans in the southern United States. The report, Disastrous Response Beyond Hurricane Katrina: A Legacy of Government Actions that Endanger the Health and Well Being of African Americans, is expected to be release in Fall 2007.
